Customization Process
Needs Communication
In-depth communication with the customer to clarify customized requirements such as application scenarios (indoor/outdoor, high-density/conventional cabling, strong interference/normal environment), transmission distance, rate requirements, performance indicators, structural dimensions, and packaging. A needs list is created, and a customization agreement is signed after confirmation.
Solution Design
Based on the needs list and industry standards, a customized solution is designed, specifying details such as fiber optic cable type, length, sheath material, and performance parameters. Solution drawings and technical parameter sheets are produced and submitted to the customer for review and confirmation.
Sample Confirmation
Based on the approved solution, 1-3 samples are produced and submitted to the customer for on-site testing to confirm whether the sample’s transmission performance, structural dimensions, etc., meet the requirements. Adjustments and optimizations are made based on customer feedback until the sample is deemed satisfactory.
Mass Production
After sample confirmation, mass production begins. Strict adherence to the solution requirements and industry standards is maintained, controlling every detail of the production process (fiber optic cutting, sheath extrusion, label printing, etc.) to ensure product consistency.
Inspection and Delivery
After mass production, a full inspection is conducted (insertion loss, return loss, appearance quality, dimensional accuracy, etc.). An inspection report is issued. Upon passing inspection, the product is packaged and delivered according to customer requirements, along with product certificates, user manuals, and other necessary documents.
After-Sales Support
Professional after-sales technical support is provided to answer customer questions during installation and use. For product quality issues, returns, exchanges, and repairs are provided according to the agreement to ensure normal customer use.

After-sales service
