Description
The armored cable is a special cable with a stainless-steel tube inside the cable which could protect the fiber bite by ant, mouse related rodent animals.
The 24F Micro-fiber double sheath Armored Cable 5.0mm consists of 24x 250um bare fibers, then an inner PVC/LSZH jacket covered those fibers. An armored flexible metal tube covered the inner jacket. Finally, another Aramid yarn covered the armored tube and a LSZH or PE or PVC outer jacket.
It is an ideal choice for direct connection. This cable could be used as normal electric wire. It’s the easiest fiber cable to install where direct termination of connectors to sub-units and direct run to panels and equipment is desired.
Features:
- High anti-tensility; High anti-pressure
- High bent Resistance; Anti-bite from rodent animals
- Small OD stainless steel protection tube
- Don’t worry about damage in project
- Easy to maintain
- This cable could be used as normal electric wire.

Application:
- Armored patch cord&pigtail assemblies.
- Cabling installation on floor, wall cornerand main communication line.
- Other ODN, FTTx
- Optical connection of optical equipment, instruments, etc
- Indoor horizontal wiring and vertical wiring within buildings;
- Optical connections such as long-distance, outdoor, building wiring, and cable tray optoelectronic mixed discharge
- This optical cable is suitable for fiber optic to desktop and ceiling wiring under carpets.
- The minimum bending radius is small, which can be used for large capacity, multi client indoor overall laying and unit wiring, and can be used independently for branching, making it convenient to connect with various end connected devices
- Recommended for high-density wiring, where installation space and curvature are small
