Pour construire le c\u00e2ble, un tampon serr\u00e9 de 0,9 mm est positionn\u00e9 au milieu du c\u00e2ble, deux tiges en fibre de verre sont plac\u00e9es diam\u00e9tralement oppos\u00e9es de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l'\u00e2me de la fibre, offrant une excellente r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'\u00e9crasement et \u00e0 la traction pendant l'installation et pendant toute la dur\u00e9e de vie du c\u00e2ble. Un fil de cuivre de 24 AWG est align\u00e9 le long du bord ext\u00e9rieur de l'une des tiges en fibre de verre pour permettre la localisation. Le fil de localisation, les tiges des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de renforcement et l'\u00e2me de la fibre sont ensuite encapsul\u00e9s dans une gaine en poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne (PE) durable pour cr\u00e9er une section transversale de c\u00e2ble plate et apporter une protection suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 l'\u00e2me du c\u00e2ble.<\/p>\n<p>Ce c\u00e2ble de d\u00e9rivation plat mini-tonable offre une solution de fibre optique compacte, durable et facile \u00e0 localiser dans une construction facilement accessible.
