Um das Kabel zu konstruieren, wird ein 0,9 mm dicker Puffer in der Mitte des Kabels positioniert, zwei Glasfaserst\u00e4be werden diametral gegen\u00fcberliegend auf beiden Seiten des Faserkerns platziert und sorgen f\u00fcr hervorragende Druckfestigkeit und Zugfestigkeit w\u00e4hrend der Installation und \u00fcber die gesamte Lebensdauer des Kabels. Ein 24-AWG-Kupferdraht wird entlang der Au\u00dfenkante eines der Glasfaserst\u00e4be ausgerichtet, um die Lokalisierung zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Der Ortungsdraht, die Verst\u00e4rkungsst\u00e4be und der Faserkern werden dann in einer haltbaren Ummantelung aus Polyethylen (PE) eingekapselt, um einen flachen Kabelquerschnitt zu schaffen und dem Kabelkern zus\u00e4tzlichen Schutz zu bieten.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses t\u00f6nebare Mini-Flachkabel bietet eine kompakte, langlebige und leicht zu lokalisierende Glasfaserl\u00f6sung in einer leicht zug\u00e4nglichen Konstruktion.
